Gen Z & Millennial

Mental Health

Anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, self-doubt—you don’t have to push through it alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or constantly questioning if you’re doing enough, I get it.

I specialize in working with Gen Z and Millennials who are juggling career pressure, relationships, family expectations, and the nonstop mental load of trying to keep it all together. Maybe you:

  • Feel anxious all the time—whether it’s work stress, social anxiety, or just that constant, nagging feeling of not measuring up.

  • Struggle with people-pleasing and have a hard time saying no without guilt.

  • Battle imposter syndrome or perfectionism, afraid of making mistakes or falling behind.

  • Feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure about what you actually want in life.

  • Know you need boundaries but worry about disappointing people.

Therapy isn’t about just “thinking positive.” It’s about learning real, evidence-based strategies to quiet self-doubt, manage stress, and actually feel good about yourself. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based treatments, we’ll work on:

  • Managing anxiety and overthinking – Learning how to stop spiraling and challenge negative thoughts before they take over.

  • Breaking free from perfectionism and self-doubt – Letting go of impossible standards and feeling more confident in what you bring to the table.

  • Setting boundaries without guilt – Learning how to say no, prioritize yourself, and stop overcommitting just to keep the peace.

  • Building self-esteem and emotional resilience – Shifting negative self-talk and learning how to actually trust yourself.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Therapy can help you feel more in control, more confident, and more you.
